Event and Property Information Event Disclosure Guests must disclose any event before booking or hosting. Day use by 5 or more guests who are not staying overnight is considered an event. Additional fees may apply, and undisclosed events may result in significant penalties. Security and Monitoring For insurance and guest safety, motion-activated security cameras are located outside near the driveway, front door, patio between buildings, and north patio. Noise-level monitoring is located outside on the northeast corner of the social space to help maintain neighborhood quiet hours. The decibel meter is visible from inside the social space in the upper-left corner of the garage door window, so guests can monitor how much sound carries outside. Important Policy Notice To keep the property peaceful and safe for guests and neighbors, a $1,000 fee may be charged if property rules are violated after an initial warning. This policy applies after 10 p.m. to sound-ordinance violations, unauthorized parking, and prohibited alcohol use. Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful space for everyone.
